This may be useful if you have other friends that will tag along last minute. If not, it’s still not a waste of space considering that an extra legroom is always appreciated.

Usually, you have to choose vehicles, like a shuttle or mini bus, which can accomodate 15-30 passengers for these kinds of events. If you are also planning a birthday party with your close friends, this might be the best choice for you.

Larger events, on the other hand, may require you to book a larger vehicle. In events like after-prom, it may require at least 50 seating capacity. In this case, a limousine may not be appropriate. You can consider renting a party bus or motor coaches for suitable event transportation.

Though event organizing may require a certain amount of budget, do some research, and you can choose an adequate seating capacity at a lower price. What’s important is the level of comfort for you and your passengers.
