Shipping:
The cost of shipping is not included in listed prices unless otherwise noted. The method of shipping and carrier is determined by PYSpeed for all merchandise marked with free shipping. Commonly used carriers include US Postal, FedEx, Fed Ex Freight, and EMS.
Special Order:
A non refundable deposit of 50% or greater is required for all special order items.
Backorder:
Backordered items are those which the suppliers/manufactures are sold out at the moment when an order is placed. When a backorder occurs, we will notify our clients via phone or email with an estimated delivery time.
Returns:
All purchases made on www.pyspeed.com or to any of our staff in person, or by phone/email are final. No returns or cancellations will be accepted nor refunds given unless the good received is defective or incorrect. Please notify us via phone or email within 7 business days for defective or incorrect shipments. If the packages are refused or returned to shipper due to a invalid address or under any circumstances, a 30% restocking fee will incur, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
International Orders:
All purchases made on www.pyspeed.com or to any of our staff in person, or by phone/email are final. Under no conditions will returns be accepted or refunds given. Additionally, a valid credit card must be supplied to us to keep on record for customs purposes. Any unpaid /uncollected duties will be charged plus a processing fee of $25.00 USD.
